Amino Acids:

Not all Amino Acids are created equal. We only use Plant-Based BCAA's (Branch Chain Amino Acids) and EAA’s (Essential Amino Acids) in our products vs typical animal sourced Amino Acids. We’ve also included a generous dose of the Amino Acid L-Glutamine which is great for recovery, performance and maintaining a happy gut.

Hydrating Electrolytes:

Coconut water powder with naturally occurring potassium, magnesium and sodium combined with key mineral salts to help aid hydration and keep you performing at your best. Electrolytes can help maintain normal muscle function and prevent performance decreases due to dehydration.

Vitamin Blend:

Vitamins B to aid with energy production and focus and Vitamin C which promotes a healthy immune system and keeps you performing your best. We’ve also included L-Taurine which is a natural antioxidant in the body and is a must when implementing a strenuous workout regime.

Naturally Flavoured and Sweetened:

As huge advocates for all things natural and gut friendly we’ve made sure our Performance range is naturally flavoured and sweetened with nothing artificial. We use the natural sweetener Stevia and Natural flavour essences trust us your tummy will thank you.

BCAAS

We’ve included a comprehensive blend of the 3 juggernaut BCAA’s along with all of the EAA’s and some great non-essential aminos to assist sports performance goals. As advocates for gut friendly we’ve also included glutamine which works in unison with tryptophan, methionine and the 3 BCAA’s.

VITAMIN BLEND

We've included the dream team of B vitamins that act as powerful antioxidants which may aid with energy production from food, assist cell growth, and help maintain optimal neurological function. The added dose of vitamin C works to promote a healthy immune system and keep you fighting fit which is key for an active lifestyle.

L-CITRULINE AND AAKG

Packed with watermelon derived l-citruline and AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate) which may be beneficial for both aerobic and anaerobic exercise. They are involved in the production of nitric oxide in the body.
