Kelp is a sea plant extremely rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly the B Vitamins and Iodine, which are known to regulate metabolism through its role supporting thyroid gland function. Provides important minerals for nourishing and supporting the thyroid. Each vege capsule contains:

Fucus vesiculous (Kelp) extract

equivalent to dry whole plant 600 mg

Ascophyllum nodosum (Yellow wrack)

powdered dry plant 150 mg

Total iodine content from all sources less than 300 mcg.
