Use & Care:

-Microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe.

-If reheating food in the microwave, the lid can be left on with the air vent open to allow steam to escape.

-If reheating food in an oven, remove the lid.

-Ensure the air vent is fully closed before placing the container in the fridge or freezer.

-Open the air vent lid before reheating to allow steam to escape.

-Temperature changes may create a natural vacuum seal. Simply open the vent hole to release pressure before lifting the lid.
