After dinner mint tea

Heal and relax your digestion and stop bloating. This tea helps alkaline your body’s tissues to elevate your general health and wellbeing. The calendula is healing internally, while the spearmint relaxes digestion, and the alfalfa helps to alkaline our body’s tissues.

Note: Every cup of tea will provide you with 11% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve an even higher absorption.

Ingredients: Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), Calendula (Calendula officinalis).

Flavour: Minty and fresh.

BREWING

Preparation: Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.
