This tea is loaded with antioxidants and has been Lisa's children's favourite for years. This lovely sweet tea helps when you have sugar cravings. Enjoy as a hot tea in the evening, perfect with a cheese platter - you can even eat the pure apple pieces after you've brewed the tea ... very satisfying! Can also be enjoyed as a refreshing Iced Tea on a hot day.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients: Apple Pieces (Pyrus Mali Fructus), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Citric Acid (Natural Preservative), Natural Flavour.

Flavour: Sweet Apple Taste

BREWING

Preparation: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or cold with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.
