Gluten free and 99% sugar free.

Rich, delicious, decadent, these brownies are so quick and easy to make. 

 You will need:

3 eggs

200g unsalted butter

3 tablespoons (60ml) water

Method:

Preheat oven to 160oC. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with baking paper. 

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter and water until combined.

Add contents of bake mix packet into the bowl, whisk until smooth.

Transfer batter into prepared baking tray and bake for approx 20 minutes or until cooked.

Allow to cool before slicing into bars or squares.

Ingredients:

gluten & grain free flour blend (almond meal, lupin flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour), soluble corn fibre, non GMO erythritol, Dutch cocoa powder (14%), baking powder, monk fruit extract.
