Chicory root comes from a plant with bright blue flowers that belongs to the dandelion family. Employed for centuries in cooking and traditional medicine, it’s commonly used as a coffee alternative as it has a similar taste and color.

Ingredients:

Certified Organic Roasted Chicory Root.

Use 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Steep for 3-6 minutes and strain. Half dose for children over 12. 2-5 cups maximum daily. If too strong or bitter, reduce quantity of herb and steep for less time. Add apple or pear slices to taste.
