Armoracia rusticana (Horseradish) root 3g

Euphrasia officinalis (Eyebright) herb 2g

Allium sativum (Garlic) bulb 1.5g

Scutellaria baicalensis (Baical scullcap) root 1g

and  

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250mg.
