Psyllium Husks are one of the most gentle and effective sources of soluble fibre found in nature. A natural mucilaginous bulk-forming agent which absorbs water to help with gentle and free bowel evacuation.

Psyllium Husk Powder assists regularity, help to promote a healthy digestive system, and may assist in the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels in healthy individuals when combined with a low fat diet.

Psyllium husk powder is Gluten Free, a natural source of soluble fibre and are suitable for low carb diets.

Ingredients:

Psyllium husk powder, natural orange flavour, xylitol, stevia(steviol glycosides), citric acid and colouring.

Free from yeast, corn, starch, milk derivatives, gluten, preservatives, artificial flavours.

Adults: Add 10g, approximately two level 5ml medicinal measuring spoons, to a glass of at least 250ml of cool water. An additional glass of water is helpful. 

For new users it is recommended that you begin with one dose every day, gradually increasing to up to two doses per day if required.
