Heated Neck Wrap comes with a protective bag for storage and heating purposes and is neatly packaged in a baby blue cardboard cylinder. The heat pack is made from 71% polyester, 27% cotton and 2% spandex and filled with all-natural clay beads.

How to use:

Simply place your Heated Neck Wrap in its protective bag and place in the microwave for 30 seconds initially and adjust in smaller increments of 15 seconds depending on the strength of your microwave and your desired temperature.

Please be aware that over heating your neck wrap may cause damage to the material and ensure that you test the heating requirements of your microwave. The wattage of microwaves tend to vary from 600w to 1200w, so please check your wattage and do not exceed 30 seconds in the microwave when first heating.

Once heated, carefully remove it from the microwave and use your hand to check the temperature before placing around your neck and shoulders.
